Pretty Cakes is the work of highly experienced pastry chef Llinos Woods, who honed her skills at The London Hilton on Park Lane, The Savoy, La Tante Claire with Pierre Koffmann, The Belvedere with Marco Pierre White and as Head Pastry Chef for the John Lewis group.
